TcapCall represents the specialization of the Call construct to voice calls that may be manipulated via the TCAP familly of signalling protocols. Specifically, the CSN leverages the TcapCall construct to help direct and anchor calls originated in the cellular network to the CSN. The CSN may anchor the call by redirecting cellular originated call to the CSN over the SIP network.
