Receives 487 for INVITE.  Sends ACK for 487<br />UAS2: should receive NOTHING.<br />Point A and point B (the CANCEL and the ACK-for-487) must have Route1: UAS in them, the same way as the INVITE did.  They should also have request-uri the same as the original INVITE (i.e. NOT UAS3)
